By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

TO ENTER: The Spin & Win Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 18, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 25, 2010 ("Promotion Period"). The Spin & Win Promotion will consist of two (2) sweepstakes: the Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes; and the Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes (each, a "Sweepstakes" and collectively, the "Promotion").

1. Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes: The Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes will be divided into ninety eight (98) daily entry periods. For the purposes of these Official Rules, a "day" will be defined as the twenty-four hour period from 12:00 a.m. ET to 11:59 p.m. ET. During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes: 1) visit www.MakeTimeForChange.com ("Website"), log in and follow the directions provided to spin the wheel and receive one (1) entry into the Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes. When you spin the wheel, the wheel will randomly display the prize you are entered for a chance to win that day. If you are selected as a winner for any day's drawing in the Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes, you will win the prize that you landed on when you spun the wheel to be entered into that day's drawing. For each entry into the Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes, you will also receive one (1) entry into the Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes (as described below). If you're not already registered on the Website, you must register to be entered for a chance to win. Registration is free. Limit one (1) registration per person and per email address. Or, 2) to enter without registering and/or spinning the wheel, click here and provide your complete name, complete mailing address, telephone number (including area code), email address and date of birth. If you are selected as a winner for any daily drawing in the Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes through this method of entry, the daily prize you are eligible to win for that day will be a prize selected at random from all eligible prizes for the Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes on that day. You will also receive one (1) entry into the Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes (as described below) when you enter via this method. Entries for the Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on the applicable day to be eligible for that daily drawing. Limit (1) entry per person and per email address per day, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address in excess of the stated daily limit will be void. Registrations and entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or which attempt to subvert the entry process, as determined by Sponsor, will be void. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

Bonus Entry: During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to receive a bonus entry: 1)once you have entered online at the Website, you can tell a friend about the Promotion by following the directions to tweet your friend or provide the unique and valid email address of a friend to receive one (1) bonus entry. You may only refer and/or message persons with whom you have an existing relationship and who are eligible to enter the Promotion. You will also receive one (1) bonus entry into the Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes (as described below). Each friend will be sent a refer-a-friend tweet or email solely notifying them about the Promotion. You may not refer a friend more than once. Or, 2) to receive a bonus entry without registering and/or spinning the wheel, click here and provide your complete name, complete mailing address, telephone number (including area code), email address and date of birth. If you are selected as a winner for any daily drawing in the Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes through this method of bonus entry, the daily prize you are eligible to win for that day will be a prize selected at random from all eligible prizes for the Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes on that day. You will also receive one (1) bonus entry into the Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes (as described below) when you enter via this method. 2. Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes: The Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes will be divided into four (4) monthly entry periods. For the purpose of these Official Rules, a "month" will begin at 12:01 a.m. ET on the first day of a month and end at 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of that month, except for the first month, which will begin on January 18, 2010 and the last month, which will end on April 25, 2010. During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes: 1) when you visit the Website and follow the directions provided to spin the wheel for the Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes and log in, you will also receive one (1) entry into the Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes. If you're not already registered with the Website, you must register to be entered for a chance to win. Registration is free. Limit one (1) registration per person and per email address. Or, 2) to enter the Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes without registering and/or spinning the wheel for the Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes, click here and provide your complete name, complete mailing address, telephone number (including area code), email address and date of birth. Entries for the Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on the last day of the applicable month to be eligible for that monthly drawing, unless otherwise specified above. Limit (1) entry per person and per email address per day, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address in excess of the stated daily limit will be void. For the purposes of these Registrations and entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or which attempt to subvert the entry process, as determined by Sponsor, will be void. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

DRAWINGS:

1. Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes: Ninety eight (98) potential winners will be selected for the Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes, one (1) per day of the Promotion Period. A random drawing for Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes will be take place following each day from among all eligible entries received for that day (for a total of ninety eight (98) separate random drawings). Non-winning entries from one day drawing will not carry over into the any other day's drawing.

2. Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes: Four (4) potential winners will be selected for the Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes, one (1) for each month of the Promotion Period. A random drawing for Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes will be made each month following the last day of each month from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes (for a total of four (4) separate random drawings). Non-winning entries from one monthly drawing will not carry over into the any other monthly drawing.

Odds of winning a prize in this Promotion depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes drawing. The potential winner of each Sweepstakes will be notified by e-mail, telephone and/or U.S. mail and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance ("Eligibility and Release Forms") of notice. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within seven (7) business days of date of initial notification or the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will conduct another random drawing from all remaining eligible entries to select an alternate potential winner for the applicable drawing. Winners of the Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes remain eligible to win additional prizes in the Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes but are not eligible for subsequent Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes.

PRIZES:

1. Child-Time Prize Sweepstakes (98) (one (1) per day): Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize noted below. Prizes randomly generated from the following:

· A $75 American Express gift card to curl up with new books

· A $200 American Express gift card to play dress up

· A $50 American Express gift card to start a craft project

· A $100 American Express gift card to go camping, build a birdhouse or take in some family flicks

· A $100 American Express gift card to go camping, build a birdhouse or take in some family flicks

· A $100 Lowe's, Sears or Best Buy gift card to build a birdhouse, go camping or take in some family flicks

· A $75 American Express gift card to get out and play

Not all gift cards will be offered every day. The odds of landing on a particular gift card displayed on the wheel are 1:7. Sponsor shall mail gift card to winner's primary residence within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. Gift cards are subject to certain terms and conditions specified by issuers. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. Child Time Prize Sweepstakes prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All taxes, including but not limited to federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly provided for herein, are solely the responsibility of the winners. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

2. Washer/Dryer Sweepstakes (4 Grand Prizes) (one (1) appliance pair per monthly drawing): A Frigidaire Affinity washer and dryer pair in classic blue (each a "Grand Prize"). (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $1,968 each). Winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize within ninety (90) days of Sponsor's receipt of the completed Eligibility and Release Forms. Sponsor is not responsible for providing cabinetry or the installation of the appliances. Manufacturer's standard written limited warranty will apply. Sponsor shall be responsible for shipping and delivery to winner's residence within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. All taxes, including but not limited to federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly provided for herein, are solely the responsibility of the winners, including any costs of installation and cabinetry. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor, except for the manufacturer's standard written warranty included in the prize packaging. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Any entrant's failure or refusal to comply with these Official Rules will result in his or her entries being void, and entrant being subject to disqualification from the Promotion. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, damaged or garbled registrations or entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of registrations or entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or use of the Website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or Website or who are otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate any of the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that neither the Sponsor, Weber Shandwick nor their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising and promotion agencies or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") will have any liability whatsoever for, and each of the Released Parties shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, use or inability to use of the prize (including any injury or harm resulting from use of the appliance) or participation in this Promotion. Each winner, by acceptance of a prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. Each winner agrees that that all contact with the media, if any, regarding the Promotion and the prize awarded shall be coordinated by Sponsor, and winner shall not discuss the Promotion or the prize with any media organization without the Sponsor's consent. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. "Authorized account subscriber" is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

PRIVACY: Sponsor will collect and use personal information submitted by entrants for the purposes of administering this Promotion and providing you information about Frigidaire brand products. GOVERNING LAW: This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Promotion and Official Rules are governed and interpreted by the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
